Editing Organisation Information
Editing Organisation Information allows you to update essential company details. This ensures that all organizational data, such as the name, address, or contact details, remains accurate and up-to-date. Keeping this information current is crucial for effective communication, compliance, and overall business operations. This process is simple and straightforward, providing users with an intuitive interface to make necessary changes quickly and securely. Once updated, the information is immediately reflected across relevant areas of the platform.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
- You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
- Click on Company Settings.
- Click Organisation Info from the expanded Company Settings tab to enter the Admin Settings (Organisation Details) page.
- Edit details as required, then click Save.
