Incoming Calls and SMS
Incoming Calls and SMS functionality allows seamless communication with customers directly within the Suprata platform. With real-time notifications, users are alerted to incoming calls and SMS messages, ensuring timely responses. The system supports call recording and AI-driven transcriptions, while SMS messages can be viewed and managed via the Chat feature in the Booking tab, providing a centralized communication hub for your business.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- When a call or SMS is received, the headset icon in the notification bar will blink to notify you.
- Click the headset icon or the Booking tab on the main dashboard to enter the Booking page.
- To view and reply to SMS messages, click the Chat button.
