Viewing and Managing Pricebooks

Viewing and Managing Pricebooks allows users to navigate, search, and manage vendor pricebooks directly from the Suprata platform. This functionality simplifies inventory management by providing tools to search for products and services, view active or deactivated items, and filter by vendor. Additionally, users can import vendor pricebooks from CSV files for streamlined updates and click to view detailed information about specific products. This ensures businesses maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, improving operational efficiency.

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

Instructions

1. From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Inventory Settings.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Vendor Price Books to enter the Vendor Price Books page.
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Here you can perform the following actions:
   
   Search: Use the search bar on the right panel to search for products and services, by any available variable.
   
   Active Products & Services: Click the button to view all active products and services listed in the Vendor Pricebooks.
   
   Active Products: Click this button to focus specifically on active products.
   
   Deactivated Products & Services: Use this button to view products or services that have been deactivated.
   
   Vendor List: Select a vendor from the list (e.g., "Back To The Roots" or "Chapin") to filter the table and display only products associated with that vendor.
   
   Pagination: Use the "Previous" and "Next" buttons at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages of entries.
   
   Import: Click the Import button to add Vendor Pricebooks from a CSV file.
   
   
   
   
6. You can also click the dropdown arrow next to a product in the MFG column.
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click the View button to view full details about the individual product.
