Introduction to Agreements

 

The Agreements section enables you to create and manage service contracts with clients, streamlining the setup and tracking of various service agreements. Here, you can initiate a new agreement by associating it with an existing or newly created account, then customize it with specific details such as an agreement nickname, contract starting date, and contract type. The system allows you to easily search for agreements by client name, company, email, or phone number, ensuring quick access to any existing contract. Integrated communication options, like call tracking, facilitate client interactions directly from this interface, making it simple to maintain organized and efficient contract management.
