Viewing and Managing Job Appointments

 

Suprata provides multiple convenient ways for users to view and manage job appointments across different interfaces. By using the Dashboard, Dispatch page, and Calendar, you can easily keep track of upcoming tasks, adjust schedules, and update appointment statuses. Each of these platforms offers specific tools for managing appointments, such as rescheduling, marking as complete, or placing on hold, ensuring that you have full control over job appointments and can make adjustments in real time as needed. This flexibility enhances efficiency and ensures that all team members remain informed and prepared for scheduled tasks.

 

 

Prerequisites: Authorised Users.

 

 

There are numerous places to view Appointments:

 

 

Dashboard

  1. On your Dashboard, upcoming appointments will be displayed at the top of the page on the day of the appointment from the appointment commencing.





  2. Here you can manage the appointment by clicking the Status button, where you can cancel the appointment, mark it complete, put it on hold, dispatch or mark it confirmed.





  3. Here you can also click the Reschedule button where you’ll be directed to the Edit Appointment page.





 

Calendar

  1. You can view upcoming appointments on the Calendar page.



  2. Click Calendar on the menu.





  3. You will be directed to the Calendar page.





  4. Here you can view appointments as well as manage them. This can be rescheduling by clicking and dragging them to a different date. You can also click on them to reveal details and choose options such as Edit, View or Status.





  5. Clicking on Status will reveal the menu.
