Onboarding is where new account holders integrate their business into the system ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize all of its features and functionalities. The onboarding process is designed to help businesses get started with the software quickly and efficiently. Suprata uses an intuitive approach that guides account holder through the essential setup steps, such as entering company details, creating team members, and configuring workflows.
There are 3 main steps in the onboarding process: 1. Setup Company (Link), 2. Create Your Team (Link) and 3. Setup Your Job Flow (Link).
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
