Adding Single Jobs to Agreements
Adding single jobs to agreements allows you to create and associate individual tasks or projects directly with an existing agreement. This feature provides flexibility in managing specific job requirements while maintaining a clear link to the overarching agreement. By following a simple process, you can quickly set up and organize jobs within agreements, ensuring efficient tracking and execution.
Prerequisites: Authorised Users.
Instructions
- Once an Agreement has been created, you can add jobs by clicking on the blue New Single Job button in the Jobs table.
- The New Job page will open up.
- Fill in the fields and click Save. You will get a confirmation popup.
- You will then be directed to the job page.
