Completing Jobs

 

Completing jobs is an essential step to ensure that tasks are accurately marked as finished and ready for follow-up actions, such as billing or reporting. This process involves updating the job status to reflect its completion, providing a clear record of progress for both the team and the customer.

 

 

Prerequisites: Authorised Users

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. After a job has been created, it can be assigned to a Service Agreement. From the Job page, click the Appointments tab.






  2. Click on the blue Status button to open the dropdown menu.





  3. Click Complete Appointment. The appointment will now show completed.
