Add Agreement Templates
Adding Agreement Templates allows businesses to create standardized service agreements that can be tailored to meet client-specific needs. This feature ensures consistent contract terms while providing flexibility through editable content and automated tools like the AI-Assist Contract Generation Tool. Agreement Templates streamline the creation process by including fields for subscription details, contract duration, and invoice themes, enabling users to set up comprehensive agreements quickly and efficiently. With the option to include default invoice items, this feature enhances operational accuracy and simplifies the process of managing service agreements.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
- You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
- Click on Job Settings.
- Click Service Agreement Templates from the expanded Job Settings tab to enter the Manage Service Agreement Templates page.
- Click Add Service Agreement Templates to enter the New Service Agreement Template page.
- Enter the Contract Title.
- You may directly write the Contract Terms yourself. Alternatively you may use the Ai-Assist Contract Generation Tool by clicking on the hyperlink in the bottom right corner.
- Once on the Ai-Assist Contract Generation page, please follow the instructions and click Generate Content.
- After reading through the generated content and ensuring you are satisfied, click Use Content. (NOTE: You will be able to edit the generated content after this stage.)
- Fill in the remaining fields, Subscription, Contract Duration, Duration Units, and Invoice Theme.
- To add an invoice item, click Create New, under Default Invoice Items.
- Once complete and all details have been checked for accuracy click Save.
- The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Service Agreements Templates page where you will now see your added Agreement Template.
