Introduction to Setup Company

  Step 1 of Onboarding: Setup Company. This involves three essential stages to get your business up and running smoothly. First, you'll provide key company information about your business such as the name, address, and contact information in the Edit Company Details section. Next, in Create Business Units, you’ll organize your company into departments or locations for better management and reporting. Finally, in Set Your Goals, you’ll establish monthly targets like revenue and sales to track and guide your team's performance. These steps ensure that your company is set up for success within the platform.    

Edit Company Details

  Here you will input all necessary company information, including your organization’s name, phone number, website URL, time zone and mailing address. Accurate details are important for generating professional invoices and ensuring communication is properly managed across your operations. You will also be able to upload a logo that will be used for print materials like invoices and other documents. Additionally, this section allows you to set your company's time zone to align operations accordingly. Ensure all fields are filled out correctly before saving your changes.     Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.     Instructions  

Create Business Units

  This allows you to create and manage different segments or divisions within your organization. Each business unit represents a separate area of your company, such as departments, branches, or specific operational teams. This is particularly useful for organizations that operate across multiple locations or handle distinct functions within the same system. By setting up business units, you can assign jobs, track performance, and manage tasks specific to each unit while maintaining centralized control over the entire organization. Set Your Goals

  Here you can establish monthly key performance indicators for your business operations. You will define important metrics like job bookings, revenue, sales, and account targets. By setting these goals, you create measurable objectives that can guide your team’s performance and track progress throughout the month. This section allows you to input values for job bookings, revenue, and new accounts, as well as sales goals for both the company as a whole and individual team members. Clear targets provide a roadmap for achieving success and ensuring that everyone is aligned with your business’s vision. These metrics will later on contribute to the Suprata Dashboard.     Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.     Instructions
