Add Users
The Add Users feature allows account owners and administrators to efficiently manage team access within Suprata. By creating individual user profiles, you can control login credentials, roles, and team assignments to ensure the right level of access for each team member. This feature also enables integration with communication tools, such as PhoneLink diallers, ensuring users can connect seamlessly to your company's VoIP system. Administrators can further enhance user profiles by adding personal information, assigning teams for dispatching workflows, and managing password resets.
By streamlining user management, businesses can ensure secure, organized, and efficient team operations tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities.
Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.
Instructions
- From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.
- You will enter the Administration Dashboard.
- Click on Team Settings.
- Click Users to enter the Manage Users page.
- Click Add User to enter the New User page.
- Fill in all relevant fields:
Username: The name the user will use to log in.
First and Last Name:
Primary Phone number
Alternative Phone Number
Primary SIP Endpoint: The Primary SIP Endpoint is used with the phone-link dialler to connect a user’s device to the company's VoIP service for making and receiving calls.
Alternative SIP Endpoint
Email Address: Used for Password Resets and notifications
Roles: Please see link for further explanation Link (coming soon)
Team: This is to indicate what team the user is on (e.g. Level 1 Tech, Level 2 Tech, Installer, etc.). It helps with the management of dispatching.
Manual Password Reset: Here a Password can be changed on behalf of the user.
Upload Image: You may upload an image of the user here under Picture > Choose File.
- Once complete, click Save.
- The page should refresh and return you to the Manage Users page where you will now see your added user.
