Device Registration

Device registration is a key security and licensing mechanism in Suprata. It ensures that only authorized devices can access the system, linked to the specific license paid for by the business owner. All users are required to register their device. This can be done by the account owner or permitted managers.

Prerequisites: All authorised users.

Instructions

1. Upon entering the Suprata platform, all authorized users will be required to register their device.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Fill in the fields for Email Address and Password (provided by an Administrative user), then click Register Computer.
   
   
   
   
3. You should now see confirmation that the registration has succeeded.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Please wait a moment and you will be redirected to the user Login screen.
