Introduction to Device Registration

  Device registration links a user’s device to their Suprata account. It ensures that the device is authorized to access the system and that your account remains secure. It prevents employees from logging in from any unauthorized devices. Also when a device is registered, it is linked to a specific Suprata account, ensuring the user accesses the correct business or location, especially if the owner manages multiple businesses or locations with separate accounts.      Prerequisites: All authorised users.          

Device Registration

  Device registration is a key security and licensing mechanism in Suprata. It ensures that only authorized devices can access the system, linked to the specific license paid for by the business owner. All users are required to register their device. This can be done by the account owner or permitted managers.     Prerequisites: All authorised users.     Instructions     Upon entering the Suprata platform, all authorized users will be required to register their device.

Login

  The Login feature allows users to securely access their accounts by entering their username and password. It ensures authorized access to the system, safeguarding sensitive data and personal information while enabling users to navigate and manage their workflows effectively.     Prerequisites: All authorised users.     Instructions     After registering your device you will be directed to the Login screen.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

  If you are having trouble logging in, please see the following steps:     Self-Serve Users can reset their own password:     Prerequisites: All authorised users.     Instructions     Check Log-in details: Ensure CapsLock is off and all details are correct in the User Name. If you are still having trouble or have forgotten your User Name or Password, please click Forgot pwd? next to the padlock icon.

User Account Settings

  The Account Settings in Suprata are managed by owners or managers with administrative access through the Admin Dashboard. Here user information can be managed, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses. It is also used to assign roles and permissions, organize teams for efficient dispatching, manage password resets, and upload images.     Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.     Instructions     From the main Dashboard, locate the Administration Dashboard.
