Billing & Sales Report

  The Billing & Sales Report provides a comprehensive overview of your organization's financial performance, including sales revenue, billed amounts, payments collected, outstanding balances, and profit margins. This report allows users to track key financial metrics, filter data by specific periods, and export records for further analysis or sharing. Open Recurring Invoices

  The Open Recurring Invoices page allows users to view and manage recurring billing cycles efficiently. This report provides detailed insights into all open recurring invoices, including account information, initial and most recent invoices, next billing dates, and amounts. Closed Recurring Invoices

  The Closed Recurring Invoices report provides an overview of all recurring billing cycles that have been terminated. This feature allows users to review the history of closed recurring invoices, including key details such as the initiating invoice, most recent invoice before closure, and the total billed amount.   The Tax Report (Accrual Basis) provides an overview of tax-related financial data based on the accrual accounting method, where revenues and expenses are recorded when incurred, not when cash is exchanged. This report allows users to track billed amounts, taxable revenue, and taxes collected for specific reporting periods. Unlike accrual-based reports, this report focuses on actual payments received, offering insights into invoiced amounts, taxable revenue, and taxes collected.
