Payroll Audit Trail


The Payroll Audit Trail provides a comprehensive log of all adjustments and events related to Timeclock records. This feature ensures transparency by displaying actions such as record additions, edits, deletions, punches, and category updates. Administrators can use this tool to track modifications and verify payroll data accuracy. Additionally, the option to toggle between "Admin Only" and "All Events" allows for streamlined auditing, ensuring only the relevant events are displayed for review.

 

 

Prerequisites: Account owners and those with administrator access.

 

 

Instructions

 

 

  1. From the main Dashboard, click the Administration tab.





  2. You will enter the Administration Dashboard.





  3. Click on Payroll.





  4. Click Payroll Audit Trail to enter the Timeclock Audit page.





  5. Here you can view all record adjustments and Timeclock records.



  6. You may filter between Admin adjustments only and all events, by clicking on the Admin Only/All Events toggle in the bottom left of the page
